It's like the firmware missed the first 5mm of travel before it started counting the distance. I solved the X Axis problem by putting the X Axis motor pulley in the correct orientation. At that point I reflashed it with the correct MK3S firmware and the calibration settings stayed intact. so as you can see above, every time you start a new print, the printer heats the extruder and heatbed and then immediately executes an Autohome command, to ensure that the extruder is where it is expected to be! The MK3S/MK2.5S & MK3S+has one idler tension screw and the MK3/MK2.5has two (pictures below). Checked if anything is in the way, while moving, but cant find anything.
